Valerie J. Dickinson-Phay, Biography February 17, 2007
Southern California native. Oldest of four children. Father, an attorney in Burbank for 40 yrs. Mother, law office manager. During High School worked in law office with parents. Graduated from Providence High School in Burbank. Three Children; James, Kellie and Chad. Degree in Respiratory Therapy from Los Angeles Valley College in 1987. Subsequently obtained status of Registered Respiratory Therapist and Neonatal Pediatric Specialist. First licensed in Real Estate 1989 in California. Sold land and Real Estate in Antelope Valley. Mortgage Origination in Antelope Valley and Mountain Communities of Pine Mountain Club to Frazier Park and Valencia.
For six years I played on a Burbank Softball Team, “the Green Hornets” playing Left Field and 1st Base. In High School I participated in Junior Olympics Track and Field events of High Jump, Long Jump and 440 relay and Drill Team for Notre Dame High School. As a military wife I bowled on Ball and Chain League in Ridgecrest, Ca., and served as an American Legion Auxiliary President.
I am a Songwriter and musician, having written 30 songs (lyrics and music). Since 1989 I've been an instructor for the American Heart Asssociation and was CPR/First Aid instructor for the American Red Cross. Seven years I volunteered with the Kern County Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue Desert Unit.
Currently, I am a worship team musician for Pine Mountain Community Church. For the Mountain Communities Chamber of Commerce I am on the board and serve as Treasurer. I am the Broker and Owner of Pine Mountain Trading Company, Real Estate and Mortgage. My husband, Mark is a licensed masonry contractor and member of Southern Californian Pipetrades, retired.
We have many loan programs available to us. Unlike a bank you aren't limited to what they have on the menu.
